Privacy policy

In short

FutbolNet has no user accounts, contact forms, advertising or third-party analytics. We do not collect your personal data for any commercial purpose.

Data controller

Nubesol, Cádiz, España. Contact: [email protected].

What data is processed

• Server logs: like any website, the server records the IP address, date, page requested and browser. They are used only to keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest) and are deleted periodically.
• Games and calculators: the points calculator, the simulator, the quiz and the crest game run entirely in your browser. Your answers are neither sent nor stored.
• Email: if you write to us, we will use your address only to reply.

Third-party content

Some news cards and some crests are loaded from the original sources' websites. When they load, your browser connects to those sites, which may log your IP address under their own policies. Images are requested without sending the address of the page you are visiting.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address. If you feel they have not been properly handled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
